Aisha wants murders investigated and murderers punished

Lawyers acting on behalf of Aisha Gaddafi, daughter of Libya's leader Colonel Gaddafi, have filed a lawsuit in Brussels and Paris for the murder of her four-month-old daughter Mastoura, her brother Saif al-Arab, and two of his children. The four were killed when NATO targeted the residential home of Saif al-Arab on April 30, during a visit by Colonel Gaddafi.
Gaddafi's daughter, who earned her law degree at the Sorbonne in Paris, accuses the coalition forces of war crimes for striking a civilian target. According to the

The lawsuit was filed by a team of three French lawyers. Luc Brossollet, one of the lawyers representing Aisha Gaddafi said "The decision by NATO to target a civilian home in Tripoli constitutes a war crime."
It could be several weeks before it is known if officials will admit the case.
Prior to the uprisings, which began in February in Benghazi, Aisha was the United Nation's Goodwill Ambassador the UN development program. She was stripped of her position as events unfolded in Libya. Within her homeland she is involved in several charities which promote women's rights and try to put an end to domestic violence. Additionally she heads Libya's main charity Wa'tassimu.
Very close to her father, Aisha married her cousin Ahmed al Gaddafi al Qashi. She joined the legal team defending Saddam Hussein. Additionally she joined in the defense of Muntadhar al-Zaidi, the Iraqi journalist who famously threw his shoes at President George Bush at a press conference in Baghdad. Al-Zaidi was sentenced to three years in prison, where he claimed he was tortured. He was released after nine months.
Aisha Gaddafi is currently subject to a travel ban and will be unable to appear in the Belgium court.
